Tintoreras
The bay of Puerto Villamil is home to this tiny island, surrounded by calm turquoise water. It has a short trail that takes you to the island. This island, which is surrounded with beautiful landscapes and has a lot of interesting fauna, can be found in the bay. We will see many Marine Iguanas enjoying the sun, lava Lizards, herons and gulls along the trail. You will find Sea Turtles, Rays, and Penguins in the coves. The most common species of sea turtles are the rays and penguins.
There are many cracks and channels along the coast where we may see White-tipped Reef Sharks. After the visit, we'll return to the boat for breakfast and then begin navigation to the next point.
Moreno Point
After lunch, we will embark in Moreno Point on the west coast Isabela Island. Birdwatchers will be delighted by the variety of birds that can be seen on a dinghy ride along striking rocky shores, or along a path through lava rock leading you to tide pools and mangroves. Green sea turtles and white-tip sharks can be found in the tide pools.
It can be easily spotted.
