Galápagos PassionGalápagos Passion

The Galapagos Passion Yacht, a family boat purchased in Italy by Galapagueno Fidi Angermeyer. Upon arrival in Ecuador, it was rebuilt in Guayaquil shipyards to meet the needs of expedition cruising in the archipelago which inspired Charles Darwin. This boat is a reflection of his passion for transforming classic luxury boats into large-sized touring yachts. His passion for the Galapagos islands was what fuelled the Passion liveaboard. He has once again raised the standards of luxury cruising in the Galapagos. Fidi continues to push the limits with his healthy passion and marine craftmanship. Important to note is that the Galapagos Passion was renovated with infrastructure that considers nature conservation and care for the unique wildlife of these islands. This is part of the Angermeyer's DNA. The Passion Yacht supports Wild Aid and other entities working to protect this wilderness sanctuary in the Pacific Ocean.

Galapagos Passion Decoration

The Passion is a luxuriously furnished, VIP-oriented, exclusive liveaboard. She features a large social area, a sky lounge (sundeck) and bar (bridgedeck), as well as separate dining and enormous sun decks. There's also a private solarium with a plunge swimming pool and lounge chairs in the relaxation area. Each of the four spacious staterooms has its own bathroom. The VIP cabins have two bathrooms and a separate lounge area. Each of the six cabins are air-conditioned and extremely spacious. The stateroom bathrooms have hair dryers, high definition TV systems, 110 220 Volts outlets, and a usb charger. This obsession with quality resulted in the decoration of the ship with fine materials like marble, teakwood, and bronze. The M/Y Passion can accommodate only 14 people, while other Galapagos luxury ships can hold up to 100 passengers. This makes it private, making it ideal for yacht charters.

Services aboard the M/Y Galapagos Passion

You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in either the indoor or outdoor dining areas. While the menu is exquisite and delicate, it was also designed with quality and quantity in mind. There are many international and Ecuadorian dishes available.

There are many options for expedition equipment, including wet suits, snorkeling gear and sea kayaks, as well as zodiac tenders to explore islands and high-water cliffs. Stabilizers help to reduce sea motion and provide comfort for guests. Galapagos Passion cruises gracefully between islands, its crew being experienced. It offers the best service and luxury on the islands with a crew ratio of 1:1. The national park has awarded the Passion's tour guide a level III certification, the highest possible rating.
